JASON S. LAPKIN is an Associate with the Firm. Mr. Lapkin received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2008, where he was recognized as a Harlan Stone Fiske Scholar, and his B.A. from Tulane University, where he graduated magna cum laude and with English Departmental Honors. Prior to joining the Firm as a full-time associate, Mr. Lapkin was seconded for sixteen months to a global investment fund manager headquartered in London, to assist the Firm in responding to a variety of cross-border inquiries and investigations involving the regulatory jurisdictions of Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Canada, the U.K. and the U.S. Mr. Lapkin was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2009 and has represented the Firm’s clients in state courts and before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
