		HON. MICHAEL J. DONTZIN (RET.) is a Partner with the Firm. Prior to 1992, Judge Dontzin served as a Justice of the New York Supreme Court, New York County (1976-1992); Judge of the Criminal Court, City of New York (1973-1975); and Counsel to New York City Mayor John V. Lindsay (1966-1972). Since leaving the Bench in 1992, Judge Dontzin has become one of the leading mediators and arbitrators in the New York area. In his role as mediator, Judge Dontzin has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes involving securities and banking law, commercial contract rights, fraud, employment discrimination, property rights, and product liability. In addition to his alternative dispute resolution practice, Judge Dontzin supervises the Firm's litigation practice. His unique insights into the New York federal and state court systems are an invaluable resource for all of the Firm's clients.
